Brand Ethos

At Alinea, we are passionate about creating quality sportswear that facilitates our customers in achieving their fitness goals. Our journey began in 2025, when our founder set out to create a brand that would inspire and empower everyday people to create their best selves. He wanted to focus specifically on clothing that not only looked great and fit great, but also has a high level of functionality in the ‘real world’. A brand that looks equally at home on the high street as it does on a squat rack.

Our mission at Alinea is to provide our customers with high-end clothing that is both stylish and functional, all without putting a dent in your bank account. We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality clothing, so we’re tackling the ever growing sportswear industry head on. It’s unconventional we admit, but our founder doesn’t believe in huge profit margins. For the people, not profits

Our model

We’re a brand for the people, by the people, so we just want to explain how it is we do what we do. We don’t hold stock as of right now, we order our items when you place an order with us. This allows us to offer a much larger range of products to our customers and almost fully eliminates set up costs. Which ultimately drive prices higher for customers. By avoiding these costs we can offer lower prices to customers. The only draw for this is that orders can take up to 14 days to get to your door. This is not ideal we admit but it’s a compromise we think is worth the trade-off. As our community grows this will facilitate us in providing you with affordable clothes and much more efficient postage. It’s our aim to work together to change the fitness industry.

MEET OUR leadeR

Matt is an avid athlete and MSc degree holder in sport’s performance. Who better understands the balance between wanting affordable clothes without compromising on quality than someone who’s lived that lifestyle? It was in the quest of wanting to be rid of that ever familiar post-Covid paunch that Matt saw the niche for a clothing company that puts the people ahead of profit margins. And it was in this thought process he believed that by making clothing affordable, we as a brand could facilitate and empower other average Joes’ to get after their goals, and be their best selves. Health shouldn’t be behind a paywall.
